Our Team

When we’re hiring people to join the Essentia team we don’t mince our words. We tell potential applicants exactly how hard the job is going to be. If they’re looking to earn their fortune in the first year – they’re probably in the wrong place.

To do something well takes time. So all our recruiters follow an extensive ongoing training programme that teaches them the job in stages, we call this our mastery concept. This then gives some substance to them being experts rather than this just being assumed because of their time on the job.

We also ensure that everyone that works at Essentia is creative in the way they work; our teams are encouraged to use different approaches to get different result. It keeps us one step ahead of our competitors.

Our dedicated teams skills cover relevant blends of sectors and functions. Whether it be a retained assignment, mapping project, contingent search or competitor analysis., from Resourcer to Director we have been successfully delivering against requirements and projects for many years.

In addition, we are pleased to say that we now have a Director and a Principal Consultant who have returned back to join Essentia. This confirms, that although we never want to lose good people, we also appreciate that sometimes you need to allow your staff to experience different environments experiences and cultures for them to truly make a sound objective view about what is right for them. The fact that we are now on our 2nd
returning Essentian gives us a massive sense of pride that the culture we created in the beginning was the right one and is hard to find elsewhere.

We hold annual internships for overseas students who require time within a corporate and commercial environment in order to improve their business level use of the English language. We have had some incredibly talented students from the across Europe and continue, to this day, to maintain close ties with them as they develop their careers around the world.

We have always appreciated that our staff work hard in their jobs. We work closely together and therefore it is important that they feel valued and as part of the company rather than just an employee.
