Essentia Consulting were engaged by a Big 4 client to help build their Risk & Compliance function. The team focused on providing client services in areas such as Anti-money Laundering, Fraud Prevention, Sanction Screening and Regulatory Reporting across the Financial Services sectors.

The team was 6 people when Essentia began working with them. We were able to successfully grow the team by 35 % over a short period of time (11 months) and significantly outperform other suppliers, alongside building strong relationships with key Partners, Directors and Senior Managers within the business.

Over a period of 7 years and continued development across sectors such as Telco / Government / National Security / Financial Services, Essentia Consulting made circa 160 permanent hires into this specialist client. The placements ranged from mid level Consultants to Director level hires. For a period our placements accounted for 10% of the total permanent UK workforce.
