Essentia Consulting were engaged by a Big 4 client to help build their Risk & Compliance function. The team focused on providing client services in areas such as Anti-money Laundering, Fraud Prevention, Sanction Screening and Regulatory Reporting across the Financial Services sectors.
The team was 6 people when Essentia began working with them. We were able to successfully grow the team by 35 % over a short period of time (11 months) and significantly outperform other suppliers, alongside building strong relationships with key Partners, Directors and Senior Managers within the business.

A valued client recently asked us to meet new project demands. The first measure was over a quarterly period which included Dec / Jan. Therefore out of the 3 months, the Christmas period of 2 and a half weeks would probably not show much productivity.
We estimated a potential of 2 Placements per month from rolling start, based on 4 CV’s per week being submitted. This would give us a CV submission to placement ratio of just over 1 in 8.5
